Introducing the keyestudio Edge Connector IO Breakout Board for the BBC micro:bit, the accessory you've been waiting for.
Looking to connect multiple sensors and modules to your micro:bit development board? The keyestudio Edge Connector IO Breakout Board is the perfect solution.
This breakout board simplifies the process of connecting additional circuits and hardware to the edge connector of the BBC micro:bit. It allows for easy circuit connections using alligator clip lines.
The edge connector provides access to several processor pins on the BBC micro:bit, including power IO (input/output) interface pins such as P0, P1, P2, P3, P12, P13, P14, P15, P16, P19, and P20.
There are two power supply options for the breakout board and the micro:bit main board:
- Connect a battery case with batteries directly to the micro:bit main board for power.
- Use alligator clip lines to connect the 3V and GND golden rings for power supply.
Additionally, the breakout board features four fixed holes at the edges, making it easy to mount onto other devices.
