This is limit switch designed with a photo-interrupter instead of using a mechanical switch. It can be used to replace the mechanical endstop on a 3D printer if you're looking for pinpoint accuracy throughout the printers life cycle. It works well with the Ramps 1.4 Board. The lead wires are 500m in length.
