Shipments and returns
Collect In-Store:
Once your order is placed online and all items are in stock during the checkout process, it will be ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive an email to inform you when your order is ready for collection. We also have a retail store where counter sales are possible.
Our office hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday - 9AM to 5PM (excl. public holidays)
Friday - 9AM to 4PM
Saturday & Sunday - Closed

Standard Courier Service (South Africa only):
All orders are dispatched daily at 4PM. Delivery takes 1 – 2 days for main centers and 2 – 5 days for outlying areas. We use MDS Collivery and The Courier Guy to deliver all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number where you can track your order online once your order has been dispatched. Note that for larger orders it might take longer as it needs to be sent via Road Freight.
Delivery cost:
Orders under R1000: - R120
Orders over R1000: - Free Delivery
International Orders (Including Neighbouring Countries):
Please email info@netram.co.za with your physical address as well as a list of items that you would like to order and we will reply with a quote within 24 hours.
Backorders:
Backorders will take a maximum of 25 working days to be filled. You will receive an email to inform you if your order is on backorder and which item is not currently in stock.
Returns:
Returns are to be done at your own cost. We can arrange it for you with our courier upon request at a standard fee which you will be quoted for.
We reserve the right to decide the nature of the return. ie. Dead of Arrival Product, Faulty Product, Wrong Item Received etc; and will make arrangements for the return accordingly.
